Knitter Partners International (KPI) is a full service architectural and planning firm founded in 1980 and located in Newport Beach.

KPI has over 35 years experience in master planning, land use planning, architecture and design.  In addition, KPI has extensive experience in multi-family, hotel design, community centers, recreation centers, clubhouse design, maintain buildings, single family homes, commercial and retail design and project management.  This affords KPI the unique ability to evaluate and create planning and architectural solutions using proven methods and advanced technology.
