Four Seasons at Beaumont was awarded the MAME 2005 Masterplanned Community of the Year (Category 46) built by K. Hovnanian Homes. Four Seasons was also a finalist for the Best Attached Project under 15du/Acre (Category 7).

Additionally, Four Season won the NAHB 2006 50+ Housing Council Silver Achievement Award for Active Adult Housing-Home Design - Home Size Up to 1,700 sq. ft.

Knitter & Associates and K. Hovnanian Companies donated time and resources to build a playhouse for Project Playhouse, which benefit HomeAid Orange County. The playhouse is uniquely designed and created with its own White House theme. Click on the image to the right to view animation.

Project Playhouse is an annual fundraiser for HomeAid Orange County, a non-profit organization that helps build and renovate shelters for the transitionally homeless men, women, and children in the community.

With immense imagination and craftsmanship, Southern California's premier homebuilders have designed, constructed and decorated these whimsical cottages that look like they have popped from the pages of a fairytale to modern creations brimming with technology.
